Meet your scientist
Dr Diego Vaz
Diego is a Senior Curator of the Fish Collection at the Natural History Museum. As an ichthyologist, his research focuses on morphology and taxonomy, and what these can tell us about fish evolution. He is an expert in the taxonomy of sharks, and is particularly interested in deep-water dogfishes, and coral reef dwarf gobies from the Indo-Pacific Region.
